Fish & chips not as freshly cooked as used to be. Roe was hard..had been cooked hours ago. Don’t think I will use them again. Very disappointed second time.

My 3rd meal from George and Helens. Excellent. ready on time. Fish pertfectly cooked, transluscent, flakey juicey Haddock in a light and crispy batter. Huge portion of chips, the smallest they do will feed me twice ! I paid £26 for fresh Haddock in a resteraunt in Brixham a few weeks ago, George and Helens compared equally as good..... just not quite so nice a view while eating. I shall be eating more soon.

The first time I tried the food, it was really good, but the last two times, it’s just been bad. Barely any meat on the mixed burger, which, considering the price, you’d think you’d get what you’re paying for. Chips aren’t nice and are either cold, green or have a weird taste, and I found a hair. But I will say that the service and delivery are fast, so that's a plus.

I didn't enjoy it. Its was the smallest, large mixed meat ive ever seen. ×2 ....one mixed meat n chips barely. Its was slightly warm. Meat was salty. I don't think I'll bother for a while. Feel like ive waste £55.

The food from George and Helen's is always top notch. Crispy chips, tasty kebabs and excellent fish. Tonight we used delivery for the first time in a while and I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived and it was just perfect!

This is the first time I didn't enjoy my meal; I did enjoy the first two times eating here. This would have been my third time eating here. The first time I went there, and the second time I collected. The food was soggy and not as warm; it was as though the food had been sitting there for a while and became soggy. I will still go just abit disappointed this time.
